Why this exists
Nova Scotia publishes prescribed forms for notices to quit, applications to the Director, security deposits and rent increases. It publishes no form for a notice of entry. That is not an oversight to read past: it means Statutory Condition 7 governs the notice by what it contains rather than what it looks like, so a notice is valid if it carries all 5 required elements and invalid if it does not.
This pack covers each one with the provision printed beside it. For recording a unit's condition rather than arranging access, the province already publishes its own Rental Unit Condition Report; use that one.
